This simple pineapple pudding is a refreshing summer dessert. This recipe takes just 5 minutes and makes enough for 6.
Ingredients
- 600ml full cream milk
- 100g pkt vanilla pudding mix
- 450g can crushed pineapple in syrup, drained, syrup reserved
- Fresh cut pineapple wedges, to serve, if desired
Method

Step 1Pour milk into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Sprinkle over vanilla pudding mix and whisk, on high, for 1 minute. Add pineapple and whisk at a low speed until just combined.

Step 2Spoon into 6 x 250ml capacity serving glasses. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.

Step 3To serve, cut three x 3mm thick slices from a whole pineapple and cut each slice into 6 wedges. Arrange three wedges in each serving glass and drizzle with reserved pineapple syrup.
