Can you believe this cake has only three ingredients? Well, it has and it's a moist and delicious afternoon tea treat that the kids will love you for!
Ingredients
- 2 cups self-raising flour sifted
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 440g (crushed) canned pineapple
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and set aside.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Step 3Pour into the loaf tin and bake for 55-60 minutes.
Recipe Notes
I like to make a coconut buttercream icing to go on top of this cooled cake.
This cake is best eaten on the day it is baked.
