A very easy and quick soup to make. My husband loves it in the winter time.
Ingredients
- 1 barbecued cooked chicken broken into pieces skin off
- 45g chicken noodle instant soup
- 440g cream-style canned corn
- 6 spring onions chopped
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 3 cups water
- 2 eggs beaten
Method

Step 1Place chicken, soup mix, water, soy sauce and corn in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil, then stir.

Step 2Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3Take off the heat and add eggs. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions before serving.
Recipe Notes
This can be doubled easily.
It doesn't need to actually cook too much as all the ingredients are already cooked.
