Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread thick
  • 40 g butter softened
  • 24 sultanas
  • 4 tbs sprinkles

Method

  • Step 1
    Use 9 cm star cutter to cut out a star from each slice of bread. Discard excess bread.
  • Step 2
    Spread one side of each star with softened butter.
  • Step 3
    Place 2 sultanas on each star to form the eyes.
  • Step 4
    Cover stars with sprinkles, using one colour per star.
Recipe Notes
I use a combination of yellow, pink, purple and silver sprinkles.
