Great for a picnic lunch as well as a family meal.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs hard-boiled peeled
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 250 g sausage meat
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tbs mixed herbs chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup white dried breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Method

Step 1Roll the eggs in flour.

Step 2Combine sausage meat, garlic, herbs and salt and pepper.

Step 3Wrap meat around the hard-boiled eggs.

Step 4Brush with beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.

Step 5Fry in hot oil for about 7 minutes.
