A simple snack for kids to take to school. Can be easily modified to suit tastes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 2/3 cup brown sugar firmly packed
- 1/2 cup Milo
- 1 egg whisked
- 125 g butter melted
Method

Step 1Combine dry ingredients.

Step 2Mix in butter, egg and stir well.

Step 3Press mixture into greased and lined slice tray.

Step 4Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
Equipment
- 1 18cm x 28cm slice pan
Recipe Notes
Melted chocolate or icing is great, but not really necessary.
