Ingredients

  • 3 cups granola cereal (see notes)
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 50 g butter melted
  • 1/3 cup Whole Earth Sweetener Baking Blend
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup 100% nut spread

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix egg, banana and melted butter. Add in peanut butter.
  • Step 2
    Combine with flour, baking mix and cereal.
  • Step 3
    Mould into balls and bake at 160° for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
Recipe Notes

Whole Earth Baking Blend is a sweetener that bakes and browns like sugar.

Cereal should contain oats and granola.

For 100% nut spread use peanut butter.

Nutritional table: (PER SERVING) 150 calories, 3g protein, 7g fat, 16g total carbohydrates, 8g sugars, 4g fibre.
