Ingredients
- 3 cups granola cereal (see notes)
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 50 g butter melted
- 1/3 cup Whole Earth Sweetener Baking Blend
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup 100% nut spread
Method

Step 1Mix egg, banana and melted butter. Add in peanut butter.

Step 2Combine with flour, baking mix and cereal.

Step 3Mould into balls and bake at 160° for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
Recipe Notes
Whole Earth Baking Blend is a sweetener that bakes and browns like sugar.
Cereal should contain oats and granola.
For 100% nut spread use peanut butter.
