Ingredients

  • 250 g scallop frozen
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 2 garlic clove minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 cup white wine

Method

  • Step 1
    In a frypan melt butter, add onions and garlic and cook until softened and clear.

    Add white wine and reduce.
  • Step 3
    Add scallops, turning after cooking briefly. Take care not to over cook.
  • Step 4
    Serve over a bed of boiled rice.
Recipe Notes

This dish makes a great entree. Use frozen scallops with the roe on.
