A moreish, seafood delight.
Ingredients
- 250 g scallop frozen
- 1 tbs butter
- 2 garlic clove minced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 cup white wine
Method

Step 1In a frypan melt butter, add onions and garlic and cook until softened and clear.

Step 2Add white wine and reduce.

Step 3Add scallops, turning after cooking briefly. Take care not to over cook.

Step 4Serve over a bed of boiled rice.
Recipe Notes
This dish makes a great entree. Use frozen scallops with the roe on.
