A refreshing summer yoghurt icy pole. Great for the whole family!
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry yoghurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 tbs honey
Method

Step 1Combine yoghurt, strawberries and honey in a blender.

Step 2Pour mixture into individual icy pole moulds.

Step 3Press lids on firmly and freeze for six hours or overnight.
Equipment
- 6 ice block moulds
Recipe Notes
Different flavoured yoghurt can be used. A berry yoghurt would be delicious. Instead of fresh strawberries try frozen mixed berries.
