Corn fritters with a twist. The feta melts slightly and gives them a bit of a gooey yummy texture on the inside, while crispy on the outside.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 3 spring onions thinly sliced
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g fetta crumbled
- 440 g cream-style canned corn
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 pinch seasoning *to taste
