This Milo tiramisu is fantastic, because the whole family can enjoy it. I make it in the morning to have it after dinner that night.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Nestle* Milo
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- 2 tbs caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 sponge finger biscuits
- 1 cup water warmed
- 1 punnet fresh strawberries halved *to decorate

Method

Step 1Line a 10cm x 21cm loaf pan with baking paper.

Step 2In a shallow dish, combine half the Milo with the warm water and stir until combined.

Step 3Using a wooden spoon, beat mascarpone, cream, caster sugar and vanilla until combined.

Step 4Dip 8 biscuits into Milo and lay in the base of prepared pan. Top with half the marscarpone mixture and remaining Milo.

Step 5Repeat the layers using remaining ingredients.

Step 6Refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with halved strawberries.
