Ingredients

  • 1 onion finely chopped medium
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 3 bacon rashers chopped
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables grated
  • 500 g chicken mince
  • 1 cup tasty cheese grated
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian mixed herbs

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced).
  • Step 2
    Saute the onion, garlic and bacon.

  • Step 3
    Cool slightly and combine with remaining ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Press into loaf pan and bake for approximately 60 minutes.

  • 1 loaf pan
Recipe Notes

Use vegetables like carrot, pumpkin, zucchini, potato.
