A very tasty salad.
Ingredients
- 8 potatoes large
- 45 g cream of chicken soup mix
- 4 bacon rashers
- 8 eggs cooled diced hard-boiled
- 1 bunch chives small
- 250 ml light cream
Method

Step 1Boil potatoes until tender. Set aside to cool.

Step 2Pour cream into pot, add the packet of cream of chicken soup mix. Bring to the boil, then turn off heat and let cool. Add a little milk if mixture becomes too thick.

Step 3Fry bacon until brown.

Step 4Fold all ingredients together.
