Mocha dessert cocktail
Makes 2
Place ⅔ cup of thin cream, ⅓ cup amaretto liqueur, ⅓ cup Baileys liqueur and 2 tablespoons Tia Maria liqueur in a blender. Add 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Divide between the glasses, decorate with chocolate topping and serve.
Choc-hazelnut dessert cocktail
Makes 2
Place ¼ cup Frangelico liqueur, ¼ cup Baileys liqueur, ¼ cup Kahlua liqueur, ½ cup thin cream and 2 tablespoons of chocolate topping in a blender. Add 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Divide between the glasses, decorate with chocolate topping and serve.
Vodka sherbet
Makes 2
Place a scoop of best-quality lemon sorbet into a glass. Serve a single shot of chilled vodka alongside. To make, allow each guest to tip their vodka over the sorbet, and enjoy immediately.
Baileys and coffee dessert cocktail
Makes 2
Place ⅓ cup Baileys liqueur, 1 tablespoon espresso coffee and ⅓ cup milk in a blender. Add 2 cups of ice cubes and process until smooth. Swirl chocolate topping around the inside rim of each glass, top with the cocktail mix and serve.
Banana and coconut frappe
Makes 2
Place ¾ cup milk, ½ cup thickened cream, ½ cup Malibu liqueur and 1 banana in a blender. Add ½ cup ice cubes and blend until smooth. Divide between chilled glasses, top with shavings of toasted coconut and serve immediately.
Affogato
Makes 2
Place a scoop of best-quality vanilla ice cream into a glass. Serve a single shot of espresso coffee and a shot of Frangelico liqueur alongside. To make, allow each guest to tip their coffee and liqueur over the ice cream, and enjoy immediately.
