Recipe Notes
I make one pizza out of this, but my pan is quite large and I roll the dough fairly thick. Depending on how thin or thick you like your pizza base, you may get more than one pizza.
Do I need to add yeast to my pizza dough?
Yeast is an essential ingredient in this pizza dough, as it is what makes the pizza dough rise, which creates a perfect crust for your toppings.
What kind of flour is best for pizza dough?
While some pizza dough recipes use 'bread and pizza flour', this recipe is great because it uses plain flour which you are more likely to have in your pantry, and it still delivers a great result!
