Beef and Guinness Pies

The meat and veggies are slow cooked first with the Guinness for at least 8 hours. The base pastry is a boiled pastry and the lids are make with commercially produced puff pastry. You can make small pies or one large family pie. Delicious with mashed potato and veggies.
