It's a big call, but the cook says this is quite possibly the BEST banana bread recipe they have ever made! The addition of chocolate chips changes everything and makes this recipe the perfect sweet treat for an afternoon tea or after-school indulgence.
How to make chocolate-chip banana bread: key tips

You’ll know your banana bread is ready when a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Set aside in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool. You can enjoy this bread warm or at room temperature, or even toasted.
