KEEN'S Traditional Curry in a hearty, flavour packed chicken dish. A mild curry that’s sure to please all.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken thigh fillet skinless
- 1 onion medium
- 400 g sweet potato
- 410 g can tomato purée
- 180 ml thickened cream
- 40 g KEEN'S Butter Chicken Recipe Base sachet
- 1 handful fresh coriander *to garnish
Method

Step 1Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook chicken until browned. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add onion and sweet potato to the pan and cook, stirring for 5 minutes.

Step 2Mix KEEN'S Butter Chicken Recipe Base with tomato purée until well combined. Pour over vegetables and return chicken to pan. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are cooked through.

Step 3Stir through cream and serve over rice with freshly chopped coriander.
