This recipe was adapted from a cookbook for egg-free recipes.
Ingredients
- 200 g marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cup Rice Bubbles
Method

Step 1Grease a 28 cm x 38 cm baking dish.

Step 2In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter.

Step 3Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted.

Step 4Remove pan from heat, add the Rice Bubbles and stir until all the mixture is coated.

Step 5Pour mixture into the baking dish and flatten out with a spoon or damp hands.

Step 6Cool completely before cutting with a sharp knife into bars or squares.
