An easy slice - too good to resist!
Ingredients
- 200 g plain biscuits
- 200 g butter
- 400 g condensed milk
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbs golden syrup
- 125 g dark chocolate
Method

Step 1Line a 20 cm x 30 cm slice pan with baking paper.

Step 2Crush biscuits finely, add 170 g of the butter which has been melted, mix well and press into bottom of pan.

Step 3Place condensed milk, peanut butter and golden syrup into saucepan and stir over low heat until mixture boils and thickens slightly.

Step 4Pour over base and bake at 180C for approximately 10 minutes.

Step 5Allow to cool. Melt chocolate with remaining butter and spread over slice. Refrigerate until set, cut into slices.

Recipe Notes
Crunchy peanut butter can be used in place of smooth.
