Glazed salmon, super quick and easy and very tasty!
Ingredients
- 4 cm ginger grated
- 2 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 700 g salmon fillet cubed deboned
Method

Step 1In a baking dish, combine the ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, sweet chilli and soy sauce. Mix well.

Step 2Add the salmon and toss to coat. If desired, marinate in fridge for 15-60 minutes.

Step 3Place dish under a medium grill or in a preheated 180C oven. Stir once while cooking.

Step 4Cook for 7-10 minutes, or until fish is still pink in the centre and nicely coloured on the outside.

Step 5Serve with rice and steamed bok choy.
