My Nan's ginger biscuits.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup plain flour
- 115 g butter
- 115 g sugar
- 1 tbs ginger
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 3 tbs golden syrup
Method

Step 1Cream butter and sugar.

Step 2Add syrup, flour, ginger and soda dissolved in a little milk. Mix well.

Step 3Roll into balls and then roll in sugar.

Step 4Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
