You can use chicken or prawns. This is my partners favourite meal and everyone I have cooked it for loves it.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 cup chicken stock (liquid)
- 250 ml cream
- 4 garlic clove
- 4 spring onion
- 2 tbs sour cream
- 1 tsp parsley
Method

Step 1Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes in oil.

Step 2Add chicken breasts and cook until just browned.

Step 3Add stock and simmer for 5-10 minutes and add cream.

Step 4Add sour cream, salt, pepper and parsley to your liking.
Recipe Notes
I add extra garlic. Add salt and pepper in small amounts until you get the right taste. Serve with rice or brown rice.
