This is my go-to, bring-a-plate for parties. It doesn't look pretty, but it is very easy to make and guaranteed to impress.
Ingredients
- 400 g artichoke hearts
- 1 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese, grated
- 1 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
- 2 tbs garlic crushed
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 175C.

Step 2Rinse artichokes, drain and gently squeeze out excess water.

Step 3Finely slice/chop artichokes and pop into a mixing bowl.

Step 4Add parmigiano reggiano, mayonnaise and garlic and mix well to combine.

Step 5Transfer to an oven proof bowl or ramekin and pop into the oven for 20-30 minutes, until you see a nice golden crust on top.
