This is my go-to, bring-a-plate for parties. It doesn't look pretty, but it is very easy to make and guaranteed to impress. - msavage1984

Ingredients

  • 400 g artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese, grated
  • 1 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs garlic crushed

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 175C.
  • Step 2
    Rinse artichokes, drain and gently squeeze out excess water.
  • Step 3
    Finely slice/chop artichokes and pop into a mixing bowl.
  • Step 4
    Add parmigiano reggiano, mayonnaise and garlic and mix well to combine.

  • Step 5
    Transfer to an oven proof bowl or ramekin and pop into the oven for 20-30 minutes, until you see a nice golden crust on top.
