Something like a fritter.
Ingredients
- 2 cup salt cod
- 2 cup potato diced
- 1 egg whites beaten
- 2 tbs cream
- 1 cup oil
Method

Step 1Soak the codfish overnight.

Step 2Pick apart in fine pieces.

Step 3Cut potatoes into small pieces and boil together with the codfish.

Step 4When potatoes are cooked, mash all together.

Step 5Fold in the egg and enough cream to make the mixture light and fluffy. If the mixture is dry, add more cream.

Step 6Drop the mixture from the end of a spoon into deep hot fat and fry until light brown.
