A good barbeque dish.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 kg beef rump steak, cut into strips, fat trimmed
- 1 lemon cut into wedges *to serve
- 260 g wraps *to serve
Method

Step 1Combine oil, orange juice, garlic, cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper in a glass or ceramic bowl.

Step 2Add beef and toss to coat. Cover.

Step 3Place in fridge for 2-4 hours to marinate.

Step 4Thread the beef onto metal skewers.

Step 5Preheat barbeque grill on medium-high and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Step 6Serve with wraps and salad of choice.

Recipe Notes
The longer you leave this marinade, the better and stronger the taste is. Use beef rump steak or lamb and trim and cut into thin strips.
