Recipe Notes
I used easy-blend dried yeast. Be sure to use lukewarm water, as the temperature of the water can change the way the yeast will react. Make sure you leave the yeast and dough in a warm place, otherwise your dough will not rise properly. Feel free to add herbs of your liking to the dough mix, you could even try dried garlic. This recipe makes 2 large pizza bases, or 3 medium bases.
