Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken mince
  • 1 zucchini grated small
  • 1 carrot grated small
  • 2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 550 g pasta sauce
  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup parmesan grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Brown chicken mince in a little oil.
  • Step 2
    Add vegetables and saute for a few minutes.
  • Step 3
    Stir in pasta sauce and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.
  • Step 5
    Combine sauce with cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Recipe Notes
I use Dolmio Classic Tomato sauce for this recipe.
