A delicious variation on the traditional bolognaise sauce, with added vegetables.
Ingredients
- 250 g chicken mince
- 1 zucchini grated small
- 1 carrot grated small
- 2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 550 g pasta sauce
- 300 g spaghetti
- 1/4 cup parmesan grated
Method

Step 1Brown chicken mince in a little oil.

Step 2Add vegetables and saute for a few minutes.

Step 3Stir in pasta sauce and simmer gently for 20 minutes.

Step 4Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.

Step 5Combine sauce with cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
