Sweet, soft, caramel fudge, like the kind the mums always made and sold at school fete stalls!
Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 395 g NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 tbs golden syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Block chopped into pieces small
Method

Step 1Line a 7 cm x 25 cm bar tin with baking paper.

Step 2Melt butter in a medium saucepan over a low heat. Add condensed milk, golden syrup and brown sugar.

Step 3Stir over a low heat until it comes to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 4Remove from heat, stir in white chocolate and mix until smooth.

Step 5Pour into prepared tin and allow to cool. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Serve cut into squares or slices.

Recipe Notes
Cooling time is very important as it needs this to set properly. If you do not allow enough time to cool, your fudge may have more of a toffee consistency.
