Ingredients

  • 1 dukkah
  • 750 g cooked prawns peeled tails intact
  • 4 lemon cut into wedges *to serve
  • 1 cos lettuce

Chilli mayonnaise

  • 1 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch chilli powder *to taste

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and chilli in a small bowl.
  • Step 2
    To serve, arrange prawns on a serving platter.
  • Step 3
    On each plate place a very small dish of chilli mayonnaise, a very small dish of dukkah, a few cos lettuce leaves and 1 lemon wedge.
Recipe Notes
Very small dishes are available in most kitchen shops (7 cm diameter).
