A wonderful chicken stir fry with extra zing.
Ingredients
- 1 kg wide rice noodles fresh
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 chillis thinly sliced
- 600 g chicken fillets cubed
- 250 g baby bok choy roughly chopped
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tbs kecap manis
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/4 cup coriander chopped
Method

Step 1Place noodles in large bowl and cover with boiling water.

Step 2Seperate noodles with fork and drain.

Step 3Heat oil in wok, stir-fry chilli and garlic.

Step 4Add chicken, stir-fry until brown.

Step 5Add buk choy and onion, stir-fry until onion softens and chicken is cooked through.

Step 6Add noodles with kecap manis, sauces and sugar, toss gently to combine.

Step 7Remove from heat, add coriander and toss gently to combine.
