A healthy nibble that is easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 zucchini grated large
- 1 onion grated large
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin grated
- 1 cup marinated olives halved
Method

Step 1Add all ingredients except olives to a bowl or food processor and mix or blend.

Step 2Spoon mixture into mini muffin trays, place half an olive on top of each.

Step 3Bake at 180C for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
