Easy and healthy.
Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 110 g raw sugar
- 60 ml honey
- 200 g pepitas
- 1 Weet-Bix crushed
- 90 g sultanas
- 50 g rolled oats
- 75 g self-raising flour
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 170C. Line a square 20 cm tin with baking paper.

Step 2Place butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan on medium low heat. Cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes or until mixture is smooth and the sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 3Combine the pepitas, weetbix, sultanas, oats and flour in a large bowl.

Step 4Add the butter mixture and stir until combined.

Step 5Spoon the mixture into the lined pan and use a wet hand to squash the mixture down.

Step 6Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until golden.

Step 7Set aside for 30 minutes to cool completely and cut into slices.
