A fish dish that is cooked in the oven.
Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2/3 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 cups tasty cheese grated
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 6 spring onions finely sliced
- 2 tbs butter melted
Method

Step 1Lightly grease a shallow oven-proof dish.

Step 2Arrange fish in the dish in a single layer and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 3Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, mustard, spring onions and butter.

Step 4Spoon mixture over the fish and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes or until cooked and the topping is brown.
