Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup Kellogg's Cornflakes
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 cup dried apricots finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup sultanas
  • 150 g butter melted
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbs honey

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix together all dry ingredients.
    Cornflake Cookies
  • Step 2
    Combine all wet ingredients and mix into the dry mixture.
  • Step 3
    Roll approximately 1 large tablespoon of mixture into a ball and pat flat onto baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 12 minutes at 180C.
