Easy, fast and delicious meal. Baked chicken breast individually wrapped in prosciutto with basil pesto and semi-dried tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillet skin off
- 2 tbs basil pesto
- 100 g semi-dried tomato
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1 tbs olive oil
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 200C.

Step 2Make a small slice in the chicken breast to form a pocket.

Step 3Fill pocket with basil and semi-dried tomato.

Step 4Wrap breast with prosciutto.

Step 5Place in oven tray and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 6Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
