Easy and tasty way to get the kids to eat spinach. I developed this when my daughter was unwell and had to increase iron intake. It has now become a family favourite.
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta cooked
- 250 g chicken pieces
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 garlic clove chopped
- 250 g spinach
- 1 cup corn cob kernels
- 400 g canned diced tomato
- 1 cheese grated
Method

Step 1Dice chicken and sauté with onion and garlic.

Step 2Microwave spinach until just wilted.

Step 3Add corn, tomato, spinach and pasta to the chicken and mix well.

Step 4Place into baking dish, top with grated cheese and bake at 180C until heated through.
