Ingredients
- 375 g jam sponge roll
- 85 g jelly cooked
- 500 g thick vanilla custard
- 500 ml thickened cream whipped
- 1 tbs sugar
- 30 g Cadbury Flake Chocolate bar, crushed
Method

Step 1Slice jam roll and place a single layer around the base and sides of a 2½ litre serving dish.

Step 2Make an even layer of jelly over the jam roll base.

Step 3Pour custard over jelly and spread evenly.

Step 4Whip cream with sugar. Cover custard layer with whipped cream.

Step 5Decorate top with crushed Flake bar.

Step 6Refrigerate until ready to serve.
