A quick and tasty curry.
Ingredients
- 8 sausage
- 1 tbs oil
- 2 onion diced
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1 red capsicum diced
- 3 tbs tikka masala Indian curry paste
- 400 g canned chopped tomato
- 150 ml thickened cream
Method

Step 1Boil sausages for 15 minutes or until cooked, allow to cool then slice into small pieces.

Step 2In a large frying pan, add oil and saute onion and garlic.

Step 3Add curry paste and cook another 2 minutes.

Step 4Add diced capsicum, chopped tomatoes and cream, stir to combine.

Step 5Add chopped sausages, and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

Step 6Serve with rice.
Recipe Notes
Use whatever curry paste you like and adjust heat to taste. I have also used Pataks Balti and that is really nice.
