You'll never have tacos any other way, it beats plain old mince any day of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 kg beef bolar blade
- 6 cups beef stock (liquid)
- 1 lettuce shredded
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 taco shells
Method

Step 1Place the beef in a slow cooker with beef stock.

Step 2Cook on low for 12 hours.

Step 3When cooked, stir with a fork to shred the meat.

Step 4Place meat in base of taco shell, add lettuce, tomato and top with grated cheese.

Step 5Add hot sauce if desired.
