Batter for pancakes
Ingredients
- 650 ml milk
- 2 egg
- 500 g plain flour
- 150 g sugar
- 30 g baking powder
- 5 g salt
- 30 g butter melted
Method

Step 1Add milk and eggs to a mixing bowl.

Step 2Sift in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Step 3Mix until all combined and smooth.

Step 4Stir in cooled melted butter.

Step 5Set mixture aside for 15 minutes.

Step 6Lightly grease and heat a frying pan. Pour mixture to form approximately 10 cm circles.

Step 7When bubbles hollow and edges are dry, turn pancake over, and cook until golden brown. Continue until all mixture is used.
