Ingredients

  • 650 ml milk
  • 2 egg
  • 500 g plain flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 30 g baking powder
  • 5 g salt
  • 30 g butter melted

Method

  • Step 1
    Add milk and eggs to a mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Sift in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • Step 3
    Mix until all combined and smooth.
  • Step 4
    Stir in cooled melted butter.
  • Step 5
    Set mixture aside for 15 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Lightly grease and heat a frying pan. Pour mixture to form approximately 10 cm circles.
  • Step 7
    When bubbles hollow and edges are dry, turn pancake over, and cook until golden brown. Continue until all mixture is used.
Recipe Notes
Serve with golden/maple syrup and thickened cream.
