Ingredients

  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 350 g beef mince
  • 200 g taco sauce medium
  • 310 g red canned kidney beans drained rinsed
  • 300 ml sour cream
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 3/4 cup tasty cheese
  • 1/3 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch chilli powder

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft.
  • Step 3
    Add mince, cook until browned, then stir in sauce and beans.
  • Step 4
    Combine sour cream, eggs and flour and mix well.
  • Step 5
    Stir in mince mixture and ¼ cup of cheese.
  • Step 6
    Pour mixture into greased lasagne dish.
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and combined paprika and chilli.
  • Step 8
    Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until well browned and set.
Recipe Notes

Great hot or cold cut into fingers or squares.
