Great finger food for a party.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 350 g beef mince
- 200 g taco sauce medium
- 310 g red canned kidney beans drained rinsed
- 300 ml sour cream
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 3/4 cup tasty cheese
- 1/3 tsp paprika
- 1 pinch chilli powder
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft.

Step 3Add mince, cook until browned, then stir in sauce and beans.

Step 4Combine sour cream, eggs and flour and mix well.

Step 5Stir in mince mixture and ¼ cup of cheese.

Step 6Pour mixture into greased lasagne dish.

Step 7Sprinkle with remaining cheese and combined paprika and chilli.

Step 8Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until well browned and set.

Great hot or cold cut into fingers or squares.
