A different burger that is easy to make.
Ingredients
- 500 g lamb mince
- 1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 onion diced
- 2 tbs korma Indian curry paste
- 1/4 cup coriander chopped
- 4 burger buns
- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 1/2 baby spinach
- 1 red onion small
Pineapple and coriander salsa
- 1 cup pineapple diced
- 1/2 red onion small
- 1/4 cup coriander chopped
- 1 long red chilli diced
- 1 lime juiced
Method

Step 1Place lamb mince, breadcrumbs, onion, curry paste, coriander and half a teaspoon of salt into a bowl. Mix well to combine.

Step 2Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into 4 patties.

Step 3Heat frying-pan or barbeque over a medium heat.

Step 4Spray with olive oil then cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side.

Step 5Lightly toast buns.

Step 6Top with yoghurt, baby spinach and red onion, then place patties on top.

Step 7Place salsa ingredients into a bowl and stir well to combine.

Recipe Notes
Serve salsa on top of burgers. Finely dice onion, pineapple, red onion and use Greek or natural yoghurt.
