Easy, yummy and versatile.
Ingredients
- 395 g condensed milk
- 600 ml cream
- 1 Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars
- 200 g biscuits
Method

Step 1Line a slice tray with baking paper followed by a layer of biscuits.

Step 2Whip cream then fold in condensed milk and the chocolate bar.

Step 3Pour mixture over the biscuits in the tray.

Step 4Top with another layer of biscuits and cover with plastic wrap and freeze.

Step 5Cut into slices to serve.
Recipe Notes
Use any chocolate bar you like, I usually use peppermint crisp or cherry ripe and rectangular shaped biscuits.
