It looks as great as it tastes, plus it's easy!
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 350 g white chocolate chips
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tbs vanilla essence
- 1 tbs caster sugar
Method

Step 1Separate eggs. Cut GLAD baking paper into squares about 25cm, then fold in half to make triangles. Then roll these into cone shapes and staple. Place in a glass for stability.

Step 2Place chocolate into a water bath, then add half the cream, stir in a low heat until melted. Once this has cooled, add the egg yolks. Whip the remaining cream with vanilla and add into mixture.

Step 3Beat the egg whites and sugar to get stiff peaks, then add this to the chocolate mix and pour into the baking paper triangles. Freeze for 4 hours.

Step 4To serve, simply remove the baking paper and place upside down.

Recipe Notes
Serve with crushed chocolate biscuits and raspberry coulis.
