Very tasty, not too sweet and nice and light after a big meal.
Ingredients
- 85 g mango jelly
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1 cup fat-free natural yoghurt
- 2 banana sliced *to decorate
- 2 passionfruit *to decorate
Method

Step 1Combine jelly crystals and boiling water in a heat proof bowl. Stir until the crystals are dissolved.

Step 2Add the cold water and stir to combine. Refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 3Add yoghurt to cold jelly, whisk until smooth.

Step 4Divide mixture between four 1-cup capacity serving glasses. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Step 5Top with banana and drizzle with passionfruit pulp.
Recipe Notes
You could also make this with diet jelly crystals. I have made this with raspberry jelly and topped it with frozen mixed berries and I have also made it with lime jelly and put very thin slices of lime on it.
