Ingredients

  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 x 200 g dark chocolate coarsely chopped
  • 3 x 50 g Cherry Ripe chocolate bar chopped
  • 1/2 cup glace cherries chopped
  • 50 g Cherry Ripe chocolate bar chopped *to serve

Method

  • Step 1
    Grease a 19 cm x 29 cm slice pan, line base and two long sides with baking paper, extending paper 2 cm above edges of pan.
  • Step 2
    Combine condensed milk and chocolate in a small pan. Stir over a low heat until chocolate has melted.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat, stir in cherry ripe bars and glace cherries.
  • Step 4
    Spread mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate overnight or until fudge sets.
  • Step 5
    Serve fudge cut into small squares.

  • 1 18cm x 28cm slice pan
Recipe Notes
Slice can be made up two weeks ahead, store in refrigerator.
