If you love Nutella and the flavour of chocolate and hazelnut, you will love these biscuits. They are so simple to make and have a soft, gooey centre that tastes divine. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did creating it.
How to make simple Nutella biscuits: key tips
These cute biscuits might look like you’ve picked them up from the bakery, but they are very very easy to make.
Start by placing your Nutella in a microwave-safe mixing bowl, then nuke it for about 30 seconds to soften it. This will help it blend with the other ingredients. Make sure that it is only softened and not hot, as you don’t want the Nutella to start cooking the egg when they are combined.
Roll the mixture into small walnut-sized balls and arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls slightly. They will crack on the surface as they bake, but this is part of their charm.
