Ingredients

  • 1 slice Greek fetta cheese
  • 1 slice yellow cheese
  • 1/2 green hot pepper
  • 1/2 sliced tomato
  • 1 pinch oregano *to taste
  • 1 splash olive oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Slice the hot pepper and the tomato.
  • Step 2
    In an ovenproof dish, place the feta cheese and then top with some tomato slices and some hot pepper.
  • Step 3
    Cover with a good melting yellow cheese and again top with tomatoes and hot pepper.
  • Step 4
    Drizzle with a little olive oil and a sprinkling of oregano.
  • Step 5
    Bake in a hot oven for 5-10 minutes, or in the microwave for 2 minutes.
