Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Pampas shortcrust pastry cut into quarters
  • 4 tbs Sweet William chocolate spread
  • 3 tbs Nuttelex margarine melted
  • 2 bananas halved small
  • 3 tbs icing sugar

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 170C.
  • Step 2
    Defrost one sheet of the pastry and cut into quarters. Spread with the chocolate spread, then top with banana half and wrap. Spread outside of pastry with some Nuttelex margarine.
  • Step 3
    Bake until golden for about 15-20 minutes. When done, sprinkle with the icing sugar.

Tastes delicious straight out of the oven and cold! Also perfect as a lunch box snack!
